How do I take care of my new smile?
Regular health checks with our team at Swinnow Dental will ensure you keep your new smile looking fust as brilliant as day one. We can ensure your retainers are still performing well. Regular appointments with our hygiene and therapy team will also ensure we can maintain good gum health and polish off any stains leaving you with a vibrant smile.

A bespoke set of trays are made to fit around your teeth and over the course of 10-14 days, the aligners gently move your teeth into straight position. Typically treatments can take up to 12 months to complete.
Your Aligner Journey
Initial Conversation: Brief conversation with our team as to the why Suresmile clear aligners could be the treatment for you.
Clinical assessment: In depth examination with digital photos, scans and xrays taken to get a full picture of the health and positions of your teeth. A 3D simulation of your final straight teeth can then be generated and presented to you.
Aligner delivery: Clinical appointment to fit the first aligners and the attachments “composite blobs” on your teeth. We will see you regularly every 4-8 weeks to check your treatment is proceeding well.
Completion: Teeth are in the final position. If additional treatments are required, they are carried out and your teeth are then locked in the final position using a combination of fixed and removable retainers.
At the end of your aligner treatment, you may need the following to enhance the appearance of your straight teeth:
Home whitening
Composite or Ceramic bonding to reshape teeth
Porcelain crowns to reinforce weak teeth
Bridges or Implants to replace missing teeth.
